Pink square pill with BP 10 imprints, what is it? ## I recently have found a couple of little square pink pills with B/P on one side and 10 mg on the other. I would like to know what they are. ## I found a very small dark pink square pill with 10 on one side and B P on the other. What is it ? ## Sorry, I've tried several databases and can't find a listing for this. Does anyone else have any idea what these are? ## This has been reported as Stanozolol 10 mg, branded as Winstrol oral; These are synthetic anabolic steroids commonly used by bodybuilders. Manufacturer's name is Balco Pharma (?) I am not 100% sure if this is correct but these are the only details which I've been able to gather. ## These are actually a different steroid known as Methandrostenolone not sure what...

117/71 pulse 69. Female 64 is this normal? ## Hello, Jilly! How are you? Yes, those are normal numbers. Unless she is having symptoms, in which case her doctor should be consulted. As listed by the NIH, if she's experiencing dizziness, severe drowsiness, weakness, shortness of breath or fainting, then a doctor needs to evaluate her. Is there anything else I can help with?

My bp is 120/50. I am 78 years old. Is it a normal bp? ## Have you consulted a doctor? Are you experiencing any symptoms? The 50 is low, but unless it is causing you any problematic symptoms, then it is likely nothing to worry about. However, your doctor may want to conduct some tests on heart function to make sure there aren't any problems. ## My patient is 90 year old and she is taking a lot of medicines. Her bp is 110/50,is it alarming that her diastolic pressure is low?

SOMETIMES AT NIGHT MY PRESSURE WILL SKYROCKET TO ABOUT 235/105. I DOUBLE DOSE MY MEDS BUT IT STILL TAKES AROUND 3-4 HOURS TO GET IT DOWN; NOT LOW BUT LIVABLE. I TAKE CLONIDINE .02 LOSARTAN 100 MG AND SOMETIMES AMLODIPINE 5 MG. ## Actually, the only thing bringing it down after 3 to 4 hours is time, not the medications. These medications don't work like that to bring it down that fast, they take time to work, which requires consistent dosing for 4 to 6 weeks to have an effect, occasionally doubling up, just when it spikes does nothing. Have you consulted your doctor about the spikes? What are you doing that may make it elevate like that? You most likely need a med adjustment in the evening, which will probably be a higher dosage of one of them. One that you could ask your doctor abou...

Weight 97 kg, age 60. Taking tezlac 80 prescribed 2 months back. Can I reduce my dosage to 40? ## You should take the dosage that your doctor has directed you to take. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of urination, dehydration, and hypotension. Has there been any change? How are you doing, now? Are you on any other medications?

Hey anyone know about this pill my cousin is telling me its Clomid 50 mg..... It is square with bp on one side 50 on the other its white. ## Hi Tony, MedsChat actually has another discussion thread on this same topic debating on how the pill description is a toss up between Clomid 50mg and a 50mg Winstrol [a steroid] tablet made by Balkan Pharmaceuticals (hence the "bp"). You can view the conversation here: Discuss/square-white-pill-with-bp-on-one-side-and-50-on-the-other-183666.htm Personally, I get the hunch it's Winstrol, but a lab analysis may be your best bet for 100% verification. Hope this helps!

Anyone ever tried these and do you think they are as effective as the blue g 3721 xanax? ## Both tablets are supposed to contain 1mg of Alrpazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax, however, there can be some slight fluctuations among generic medications and the only to really see if one is going to be effective for you, or if it will cause a problem is to try it. And remember, it is not safe to take any tablets in a manner which is not prescribed. If insufflated, tablets contain fillers and these can create blockages in your lungs, which may put you in serious danger. Are there any other questions? ## My xanax script was just fillled with a blue small rectangle that had markings that said bp632 - is it the right medication? ## Yes the oblong blue BP 632 is: Boca Pharmacal XANAX 1mg (same...

Is bp 643 with 10 in the middle on reverse side as strong as hp 10 660? For pain. ## HI, Jeanne! No, the dosages are different. The tablet with the BP 643 10 on it contains 300mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, while the one with the HP 10 660 marking contains 660mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone. These are both generics for Vicodin, Lorcet, Norco and others. Since they are narcotic analgesics, they may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more Vicodin details here. Another note that needs to be added here is that as of 2013, the FDA has made a request that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination prescription products to no more than 325mgs per dose...

I had 2 BPs taken in two days, BP was 157/100 and 157/105; I was recently prescribed Losartan 25 mg. The note from the doctor in my file this morning said to increase to 50 mg. I was on Lisinopril 5 mg, so while waiting to hear from someone I took the Lisinopril 5 mg. which I had normal BP while on it. What should I do? ## Hello, Lynda! How are you doing? You should follow your doctor's instructions to take the Losartan at 50mgs. It is an ARB and may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, stomach pain, dry cough and increased urination. Were you abruptly switched from the Lisinopril to the Losartan? If so, that might have caused these elevations, you may have experienced a slight rebound effect and it could take awhile for the Losartan to kick in and lower your blood pressure.

Is there a good BP medicine that does not cause persistent cough? My husband is on Candesarten now and was on another drug of same class and has the cough again. He is 78, type two diabetic and due to past kidney stones has "compromised" kidneys but no kidney disease. Cannot tolerate cholesterol drugs and cholesterol stays at 240. What do you suggest we ask the doctor to prescribe for BP? ## Hello, Ila! How is your husband doing? I tend to be very sensitive to medications, as well and many of them made me miserable, until my cardiologist researched which ones are known to cause the least amount of side effects, as compared to most others and the one that worked wonders for me, without making me miserable was Labetalol. I still take it, 3 times a day. Its typical side effects, as...
