Have you tried talking to them about the problem? ## You should stop and do a cleanse. Those pills should be working for you. Your pipes might just be backed up. DO A TWO WEEK CLEANSE!!

I don't know about the laws in other countries such as Mexico as far as not requiring a prescription… But I hear a lot of people apparently go there in search of these types of medications, since doctors there are cheaper and tend to be much more lenient on what they choose to prescribe.
