My Medicare Part D insurance company wants me to take an alternative medication to cyclobenzaprine tab 5 mg. The ins. co. is asking me to choose between baclofen and tizanidine. I have had great success with the round blue m771 generic cyclobenzaprine, but the tiny pink cyclobenzaprine did not help my pain from sciatica, spinal stenosis and two herniated disks. I can not find this pill online. It's round, light blue, with a large "M" on 1 side and "L 26" on the other.
