I have a round blue pill with an imprint that looks like a backwards "j" / umbrella. It also looks like a "t", next to "247" imprinted on the pill. ## Alvogen Inc. lists this tablet as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine, it is available over the counter, and commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches. This is generic Fioricet (Butalbital 325mg / Acetaminophen 50mg / Caffeine 40mg) pain medication prescribed for severe migraine and sinus headaches. It has been around for decades. It is not an opiate and this is not considered a "scheduled medication", (yet, the brand name of this medication "Fiorinal" IS labeled a schedule III controlled drug). This is supposed to be Metoprolo but the previous ones were longish and white while these are round and blue. Small blue pill. Scored on one side. Unmarked on top and bottom. Has very small letters on sides starts with a. May be ALN 471 or477. Hard to read and could not find any pills with writing around the outside of pill. ## I'm not familiar with a pill marked like this, even after all my years of studying and searching for them.
