I found a pill in my car and need to know what it is. It is a blue oblong [pill imprinted on one side with RDY and on the other side with 273. Please Help. ## hey, it is a generic sodium naproxen... most likely purchased at a Kerr drug store.

Blue oblong pill with 273 on one side and roy on another. It was found in a bottle of vitamins of a different color, shApe, size, and markings. ## Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Naproxen sodium (220 mg). blue oval pill ## Is there any other markings on the pill? I am having a difficult time finding that exact pill. I did locate 273 blue, but it does not have RDY on it. Please post back with any more information so I can locate the right pill.
