I got a blue pill with Watson 853 and it's supposed to be 10/325 Norco. They seem chalky and taste funny. I'm concerned because my ex-boyfriend picked them up for me against my better judgment. ## Dear Asia, Legitimate Watson 853 is supposed to be either yellow (old version) or white (new version). If it's blue I would get them analyzed by a lab immediately and/or safely dispose of them, because my better judgment tells me they are counterfeit and may contain something else altogether that could potentially be harmful. The original yellow Watson 853 was made by Watson Pharmaceuticals prior to being taken over by Actavis, who reintroduced them as a white version with the same imprint. A lab analysis would at least determine if your ex-boyfriend was trying to poison you. Bette...

Lortab pain medication. I want to make sure it's a pain med and mgs. ## What is this pill? ## The imprint on this is actually WATSON 540 and it contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin. It is a narcotic analgesic, so it does have the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such a nausea, dizziness, constipation and drowsiness. Learn more Vicodin details here. Additionally, at some point, if they retain this imprint, the amount of Acetaminophen will be lowered to 325mgs, due to a recent request made by the FDA, since Acetaminophen can lead to liver failure if taken in high amounts for a long period of time and overdoses of it can be toxic. Some companies have already begun to implement the change and all are exp...
