The closest match I can find is a Levotab (0.15 mg of levothyroxine) manufactured by Pecos. It is round and blue with the imprint "JSP" on one side and "520" on the other. There are two small lines on the side with the 520 imprint- one above the 2 and one below (I imagine the lines are there as a guide to help cut the pill in half). It could also be a medication manufactured outside the United States, or possibly an over the counter product, but it has been difficult to verify 100%. If you cannot have it analyzed then I would recommend that you safely dispose of it. Where exactly did you find the pill?

My partner took some little light blue pills that had a diamond hollow center in the pill. I'm an ex addict and know he lied about what they were. I do not know what they were. no answer yet, for this very basic looking tablet. It's small, 4 mm across, on one side it has a score a cut long across, the other side NOTHING I can tell you that one one day i was feeling a bit stressed and i couldn't get a normal night sleep for the past 3 days, so a friend told me to take 1 or 2 a bit before go to bed. I found a fairly large blue oblong shaped pill. It it cut in half and i only found the half. I can see only the letter M on one side and the numbers 37 on the other, but its only half a pill. What is it? ## I'm sorry, but without knowing the full imprint, I haven't been able to find anything that matches this in the prescription medication databases. They are sorted by imprints, so having only a partial one makes it difficult to narrow it down. It's been wet so the imprints are gone. It was in my nephew's room. I need know what it is. It looks just like a blue Xanax but it's a lil thicker and a tad bigger with one cut only on one side. ## If the imprints are gone due to water damage, then I'm afraid the only accurate way to identify this would be to have it's contents analyzed by a lab. We can certainly make speculations based on related pills with score lines, but all we'd be doing is taking shots in the dark with no sense of direction as to what that former imprint might've been... Would you say the cut down the middle is fairly thick (wide) or ultra thin? Also, have you considered discussing this at all with your nephew? I found a small round blue pill cut in half with a F on each half and 3125 on the other side. I have been searching all night and cannot find any information on this pill. ## I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find anything that matches this, either. That leads me to suspect that it's something that's available over the counter, since those imprints aren't logged with the FDA. However, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found? Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.
