the pill is light blue with some darker specks of blue on it it scored in the middle of one side with the letters V on one scored side and T on the other ## I found a match, but it's 4812 V. I've been taking oxycodone 30's for quite sometime now, but a friend of mine came over and showed me a V 4812 almost turquoise in color and this particular pill was smaller than mine. Are the V 4812 smaller than the K 9's as far as tallest goes the V 4812's where half as tall. I've had almost everyone except the V's usually the others are same size round as tall just different numbers. Does anyone know the answer to this. And if you were used to taking the 5mg, then this is quite a jump in dosage and you need to proceed with caution. You may experience more side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. If it is too high of a dosage, you may also start to show the signs of CNS depression, which could include extremed drowsiness and sedation, shallow breathing and lowered heart rate and blood pressure. Are these new perhaps and are they real? ## Hi lia, You didn't mention how you got these pills in your possession, but if you're receiving your meds through a doctor via his/her prescription and filling it at a licensed pharmacy, then there shouldn't be any reason for you to question whether they're real, would there?
