I am on this medication and it has ig 213 on it and my doctor told me that it was the Xanax but it's not working like one. Can someone please explain to me what it is? ## This tablet is manufactured by Camber Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Sertraline, which is an SSRI antidepressant that is also used to treat anxiety (NDC 31722-0213). I believe the Ig 23 should not be labeled as 'Xanax' as it is highly misleading. There is no way it can be considered a Xanax. The introduction of these new drug brands is extremely confusing, particularly for older individuals. It's no surprise that my dad double-checks the markings on his Xanax pills! ## Hello, Missyboo! The pill imprint IG 213 is in fact 50mgs of Sertraline. I actually had my script filled with those and thought they were "purple footballs" (Xanax), but I looked a little closer and noticed that the numbers weren't normal. So I looked them up online as well and found out to my dismay that Sertraline 50mg is a generic of Zoloft used for depression. Hi, trying to find out why I hace hives. I think my sertraline 50mg , blue, oblong with 50mg on one side and G4900 on the other side is causing the hives. I wad getting tan pills from Oak Forest Healthcare Facility recently switched to Walgreens. The blue pills also taste terrible.I didnt have bad taste with the other. ## Hello, Wendy! How are you? First, if you're tasting them, then you aren't taking them properly. They actually should be placed in your mouth so far back that you're just short of gagging and then swallowed immediately with a full 8 ounce glass of water. As to the hives, have you contacted your doctor? That would be the best thing to do, so they can help you determine the cause and a proper remedy.

Please post back so I can help you better. ## I found a pill the other day when getting out of class. it was a pretty big capsule, half white half blue and both had imprints 54215 on them ## 54 215 is Calcium acetate 667 mg, which is used for reducing phosphate levels in late-stage kidney failure. I have been having trouble sleeping, i still have a partial perscription from last year that says ratio zopiclone on the bottle, the pills are small white ones. On one side they are imprinted with TEC and the other side says 2130. I just want to make sure i have the correct pills in the bottle before i take one. Normally i am perscribed the 7.5 mg pill which is blue and i just take half when i cannot sleep, so i cannot remember if the 5mg are supposed to be white. ## These ones are listed by Ratio Canada as containing 7.5mgs of Zopiclone. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and funny aftertaste. Is there anything else I can help with?

Qualitest are just as good as Sandoz and Mylan doesn't come close....That being said, Greenstone are better but my second choice is definitely the 2089V's.... ## It seems like most people here on the site are preferring similar brands to what you mentioned. It must have something to do with the percentage of the active ingredient used and/or presence of certain binders and fillers.
