white capsule shape pill ## I can't find a listing for this exact pill, however, I can tell you that all pills marked with an L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products. The company does not make any prescription items and they are sold by many stores, in many countries, as the store brands or generics. Does anyone else recognize this one? ## I bought some generic (CVS) advil pm's, and they look like this. I was searching for something about this pill when I came across this thread. what is the difference between 1mg blue alprazolam and the oval green 1mg alprazolam? ## From just the colors, I cannot tell you, the colors of generic pills do not mean anything, they are up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. There is both regular and time release formulations available of Alprazolam, the generic for Xanax. It is possible that your pills are exactly the same, or one may be time released and the other regular, since this is made by several different companies.
