Blue oval pill with pne imprint on one side ## Hi marie, Based on the description provided, I did find a photograph suggesting that it may be a medication by the name of "Desienfriol-D 24Tab" that originates from Mexico. Desienfriol reportedly contains: Clorfenamina (2mg) + Fenilefrina (5mg) + Paracetamol (500mg). Apparently it's marketed for similar uses as Mucinex is here in the States. For other readers here, my investigation leads me to believe that this is a product of India that goes by the name Eriacta (sildenafil) 100mg. However, their version is reportedly square and not oval - but otherwise fits this description. From what I can tell, most blue viagra tablets are triangular in shape and can easily be identified with a quick google search. So I would caution against anything that doesn't appear to be similar to that depiction.
