Blue Oblong Pill with L347on one side, PM on the other side. It is one of my mother's medications, but my baby just put one in his mouth. I got it out, but I need to know if it could be dangerous for him. ## In such cases, you should always call poison control or your nearest emergency room, rather than posting on a free website and waiting for an answer. This is an over the counter item, I cannot find a definitive ID, but with the PM on there, I can only guess it is a generic or store brand for Tylenol PM containing Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine.

What is this ## its a cold pill, I have it in a blister pack. it has guaifensin 200mg & phenylephrine hcl 5mg for cough and runny nose. 2 pills for a dose ## Just to update, I am not sure if the contents of this tablet were different when this post was made in 2009, sometimes the formulation and ingredients are changed. Thus, I am just going to put in the information as currently listed in March of 2013 and the listings as of this date show this tablet as solely containing 400mgs of Guaifenesin, which is an expectorant that's used to treat cold symptoms. Learn more Guaifenesin details here. There are no strict regulations regarding how often they can change the formulations and/or imprints of over the counter pills, so if at some future point someone is looking for this informat...

oblong pill light blue and gray with a 5 on it... row of 5 small hard to see dots in a row ... 3 just like that ## My dog found exactly same pill as described. Unable to locate info anywhere. It's actually a fully compressed oblong tablet with a Blue removable capsule "cap" with a 5 on it - which apparently serves no purpose, as when it is removed from the tablet, nothing changes in the characteristics of the grey tablet, measures approx 2cm in length. On the grey tablet itself, there are 5 white dotted lines. The blue is just a plastic covering to 1/3 the tablet. ## I found the exact same pill today. Have you discovered what it is? ## I found what appears to be the exact same pill. Except on the pill I found there is a pink stamp on the gray portion, I THINK it reads k4 and...

If im on 10mg of oxicodone nd ran out of them nd cant get them until the 22 of June, is it ok for me to take a hlf of this blueish green/200 morphine? ## Did the same doctor prescribe you the morphine as well? Only asking because based on my own research, a combination of the two may result in a drug interaction that puts you at risk for more side effects such as; impairment in thinking and judgment, difficulty concentrating, dizziness, and drowsiness. If you do decide that you have to use morphine for the time being, I probably wouldn't recommend driving until you know how it effects you with oxycodone still in your system for the first few days. I hope this advice helps!

Purple portion of pill looks almost plastic. Has "L" imprinted on purple half. ## Hi Sonnie, Is this something you got from overseas by chance? Only asking because the closest match I'm finding doesn't quite fit every aspect of your description (although it does share some similar features). What I found is oblong/capsule-shaped with an "L" imprint on a lighter blue half and a "6" on the purple half... there's also a grey stripe/band wrapping around the center of the capsule. This particular pill is identified as a CVS Extra Strength Pain Relief PM Gelcap; containing a combination of Acetaminophen + Diphenhydramine HCL. Since this pill is available over the counter I would also suggest bringing your tablet into a local pharmacy for other comparisons f...

Have been searching online but cannot find the identify of the above pill: blue scored oblong caplet-type pill with T4 on one side and either 9|0 or 0|6 on the reverse. ## Hi Maryel, Based on your description, I'm wondering if there's any chance that this pill might resemble a Levothroid tablet manufactured by Forest Labs Inc? One of the Levothroid tablets I'm thinking of is a white oblong/capsule shaped pill with T | 4 on one side (split by score line) and the number 50 on the other. It's about 10mm in size and appears to be available in different colors depending on the dosage. You can also pull up a few images on the internet to get a better visual... but please post back if that sounds like a possibility. Hope this helps! ## Thanks, David. I think I have it narrowed ...

Can anyone tell me what this is? Someone sent these pills home with my husband stating they help with menstrual pain... I'm not a big advocate of pain meds - especially when I don't know what they are. These pills have TB 200 marked on them and they are blue/green, oblong gel pill . Any ideas? Thanks! ## The marking is actually intended to be IB 200, the bottom of the capital I just doesn't stamp very well on the gel substance. This is a generic or store brand of Motrin and contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, so it is nothing dangerous. It is a NSAID that is commonly used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Hi, I'm Joey. I've been prescribed Xanax for 7 years now, and I've had all kinds. I had yellow, green, white bars ... then my doctor switched my dose down to 1 mg and I've been on those for the last 4 years. I personally prefer the oblong G3721 Alprazolam, they're a lot better than other kinds that I have been dispensed. It just so happens that the only version my pharmacy carries are G3721. I highly recommend them over the typical bar shaped tablets. The colors don't matter, they're all the same, only thing different is the manufacturer. But you guys be careful out there. God bless everyone, thank you. ## It is good hearing from Big J tonight. Well put Joey! ## Thank you for posting this valuable information, Joey! The tablet with the G 3721 is manufactured ...

purple pill with P325. What is it? ## P 325 could be a brand new narcotic analgesic combo called Balacet 325. Or P 325 could be an over-the-counter pain/sleeping pill (generic Tylenol PM). There is nothing distinguishing about either imprint. The pills look the same to me other than color. One is violet and one is blue, and what I think is blue might look violet or purple to you. And photography lighting could make the colors appear even more similar. ## The blue tablet is oblong, the other is round if that helps to tell them apart any.

xanax 10 scored film coated oblong purple color ## First, I would like to state that there is no 10mg Xanax on the market, it is only available in a maximum of 2mgs of Alprazolam. That said, are there any markings on the tablets? It is the markings that enable us to identify them. I am also not finding any purple tablets, but there are several blue, oval tablets, some of the markings include: G 3721, 1mg GG 258, 1mg 2089 V, 1mg BP 632, 1mg 605, 1mg and ALP 1 APO. And this is not a comprehensive list, since it is available as a generic. Can you post back with the markings on the tablets in question? ## The only markings on this tablet are Xanax 1.0 - not 10. There is nothing else on it at all and it is coated with a film, whereas alprazolam is not and is blue, the supplier said it is a b...

Is a purple football shaped tablet with IFA on one side and a thick score line on the other a 1 mg Xanax? Is that the drug manufacturer? Please help, I am only used to seeing alprazolam tablets come in blue or white. ## From what I have seen this pill is supposed to be a 1 mg Alprazolam (the purple/bluish sort of speckled oblong pill with IFA one one side and a score on the other). oblong capsule clear with black band and clear liquid inside with blue and black dots. No numbers or identifying marks ## If there are no markings on the capsule, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what it is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription drug, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, unless it was something put together on a doctor's orders, by a specialty compounding pharmacy. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications. Does anyone recognize what this is? ## If anyone knows what this is, would be awesome to get an answer! i just found one in the bathroom at the store i work at and is really confusing, normally i can identify a strange pill with online help. but thi...
