Blue oblong pill SP 38 on one side. What is it? ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I could locate is a white, oblong, scored tablet imprinted with "SP | 39" on one side and blank on the other. This is identified as Guaifenesin (400mg); used in the treatment of coughing, but the drug has numerous other uses, including medical, veterinary, and personal. Learn More: Guaifenesin Details I know this doesn't fit your description exactly, but there's virtually no information online regarding any blue pill marked SP 38. I was told this is Adepix however there are no Letters or Number on it. The pill is blank on both sides. Is this Adepix? If no what is it? ## I am sorry, but if there is no imprint, then it is impossible to positively identify. It is, however, not a legal US prescription drug, they are all required to have imprints on them.

White, oblong, imprinted MP 273, looks like blue specks dots all over, all white when cut in half. I ordered 37.5 mg Phentermine, not sure that is what I got. ## Where did you order the pills from? The description of the pill sounds like phentermine (white with blue speckels), but the imprint does not sound correct. With the markings you describe, unfortunately there might be a chance that those pills are something else. I've even heard of people saying that they got Generic Soma in the mail with the same imprints. I could definitely be wrong though. Hope this info helps a bit. ## I also orderd phentermine37.5 mg and I had never recieved this kind of phentermine long blue specks, break in half white in side with MP 273 on it. I orderd it through Pill Royal twice before and had recie...

Found in my 14year old son's pocket. It's about 1/2" long, about 1/3" wide and flattish oblong in shape (not like a capsule shape). There are no numbers or letters, but on the pink side, it has a raised dots pattern along the entire side. ## Unfortunately, with no markings but those dots, I'm afraid it may be difficult to discover what this contains. That rules it out as U.S. prescription tablet, so it must be an over the counter product. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Have you tried asking him about it? Does anyone else recognize this? ## Found the same pill on the floor at a bar. I found some suspicious pills in my boyfriend's bag. He is a recovering opioid addict, so this has me alarmed. He does take a ton of supplements & vitamins. These were hidden in a black jewelry bag in a backpack… No markings on these pills. Anyone know what they could be? ## If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being any type of prescription medication. As noted here the FDA requires them all to have unique imprints to help enable their identification in case of emergency. The imprint must enable them to be identified according to medication, dosage, and manufacturer. If there are no markings, it is most likely something that is available over the counter, such as a supplement, unless he has access to foreign medications. Is there anything else I can help with?

One of the Levothroid tablets I'm thinking of is a white oblong/capsule shaped pill with T | 4 on one side (split by score line) and the number 50 on the other. It's about 10mm in size and appears to be available in different colors depending on the dosage. M on one side. Other side scored with L on the left side of the score and 7 on the right side of the score. ## Based on the description provided, I can confirm your pill to be Levothyroxine sodium (88 mcg). NOTE: This pill is noted to be light green and not light blue. I suppose it could easily be mistaken in different lighting or photographs. Yes It's from the U.S. it is a diphenhydramine. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine used to relieve allergic rhinitis (seasonal allergy) symptoms including sneezing, runny nose, itching, and watery eyes and to relieve itching and swelling associated with uncomplicated allergic skin reactions. It is also used as a short-term sleep aid, to control coughs due to colds or allergy, and to prevent/treat motion sickness. Diphenhydramine is available in nonprescription products alone and in combination with other nonprescription drugs, to treat symptoms of allergy, colds, and upper respiratory infections. The specific one your referring to I know for 100% is a shop rite brand because I use them myself. Though to be on the safe side I would never ever use any drug (OTC, PRESCRIBED or HOMEOPA...
