Norco 540
My boyfriend got perscribed a blue norco with watson iand 540 on it?1000mg? what does this do?? ## Okay first off, there is no Norco that contains 1,000mgs of anything. The tablets with the WATSON 540 marking contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a narcotic pain reliever. Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and constipation. Learn more: Are there any other questions or comments? ## Norco is hydrocodone just with less acetaminophen than it's famous cousin Lortab which has 500mg. There is a generic hydrocodone with 650mg acetaminophen, usually green. I familiar with 5mg, 7.5, 10mg hydrocodone and the amount of acetaminophen gives the medication it's name in this case. ...

PHOTO OF NORCO10-325MG TAB ## Norco contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. That said, since there are also generics on the market, I cannot possibly post pictures of all of the available tablets with this dosage, there are many different companies that make it and each must have a unique imprint to enable its identification. Some imprints with this dosing include: A 328, a white, oblong tablet IP 110, white, oblong 176, white, oval M 367, white, oblong V 3601, yellow, oblong RX 497, white, round NORCO 539, yellow, oblong WATSON 853, yellow, oblong And this just includes the ones I could find. Is your pill in this list? If not, please post back with the imprint and I will gladly look it up for you. ## what is the difference between blue and yellow norco ## is blue norco better than the ... ...

Norco 10 325 Mg Tab
Why is it small and yellow, I was taking the lortab blue pill ## The color and size don't actually mean anything, the company may just manufacture their pills differently, so they use less fillers, than other manufacturers. What are the markings on the tablet in question? The name brand Norco that is a yellow tablet in the 10/325mg dosage is oval and has the marking NORCO 539 on one side of the tablet. There is also a generic, that is a yellow, oval with the marking WATSON 853. Another yellow, oval one with the marking 3601 on one side and a V on the other side. Do any of these match the tablet you have? If not, please post back with markings and I will gladly check it for you. ...

norco 10/325 generic
I received my med from a new cheaper pharmacy and wanted to know if I got ripped off I was prescribed norco 10/325 and given a generic pill with watson 853 imprinted on it. Does anyone know if there is such a generic?? It is yellow and oblong HELP ## oblong blue green pill with imprint of SCF found in coat pocket ## you were given legitimate medication my norcos look exactly like that ## To be exact, Watson 853 is Hydrocodone 10mgs and Acetaminophen 325mgs, generic for Norco. ## I cannot find a listing for the one marked SCF. Sounds like something over the counter. ## yes it is 10mg.. i have some in my hand right now! ## I know they deal that s*** out at strip clubs, it's used for pain, but it gives you that bared out feeling/ drunken feeling. It's an abused drug that sells well... ...

Blue Watson s40
oblong ## I have a light oval blue pill with numbers S40 on it. What kind of pill is it? ## The tablet with the WATSON 540 marking on it contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Lortab, Vicodin or Norco. Learn more Vicodin details here. This is a narcotic analgesic and, as such, it does have the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Additionally, a recent request from the FDA has manufacturers lowering the amount of Acetaminophen in these products to a maximum of 325mgs per dose, due to the risk of organ damage associated with long-term use and the risk of overdose toxicity. Some companies have already begun to implement the change and the rest are expected to hav... ...

Watson 500 Blue
The Watson White Generic Lortab 10-500 has been changed and they DO NOT work to relieve Pain thanks to our regulaters. I have taken the blue ones for years for chronic pain and I can say Diffinently they Do Not Work ! Go to Norco 10-525 and add childrens tylneol to get 500 mg acetiminifen and you will get the help the ue Watsons use to give. Just stop using the white ones so they will feel the decline in sales! Fact! ## Watson was bought out by Actavis. I checked the website and the yellow Norco is also white. This new company has obviously changed the fillers/binders/diluents. The website does not say what "inactive" ingredients are in these new tablets either so that we can compare. They may even have the same ingredients, but a different manufacturing process using different ... ...

Blue hydrocodone 10/500
What pharmacy carries the blue hydros 10/500 in El paso, Tx westside? ## If you're referring to the blue ones that are manufactured by Watson with the marking WATSON 540 on them, you aren't going to find them anymore. You'll need to be looking for them in white, since Watson has removed the dye. Learn more Norco details here. Additionally, they will all soon be changed to only contain a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen, due to concerns raised by the FDA, because of the risk of liver damage associated with long-term use and the toxicity of overdose. Thus, all manufacturers are expected to change their formulations to the lower amount no later than January of 2014. Do you remember who the manufacturer was? ## Until then Mr.Verwon where can I get them here? I am already going... ...

a friend of mine gave me a couple oblong light blue pills that say watson 450 on them... what are they? ## what are the numbers on a loratab 5 ? 7.5? 10 ## The marking on the light blue tablets was actually WATSON 540 and they contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, they are a generic for Vicodin, Lortab or Norco. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. You can learn more Vicodin details here. Can anyone tell me the name of that blue pill before I take it? blue oval shaped watson 540 on one side line through middle on other ## Watson 540 is 500 mg Acetaminophen w/ 10 mg Hydrocodone ## That is correct, thank you CJ! This is a generic for Vicodin, Lortab or Norco and I have some new details to add for anyone else seeking information on this tablet. The first is that due to the problems some people were having with the dyes in them, Watson is now changing some of their tablets to remove the dyes, thus as of April 2013, this one is now appearing on the market as a white tablet, but with the same marking and dosage. And the next snippet of information that needs to be added is that by request of the FDA, all of these combination prescription medications are being changed to contain no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen, per dose. I'm trying to find out if Vicodin or norco brand if either have the exact INACTIVE INGREDIENTS. Lorcet has been discontinued and its the only pain med that worked for me so I thought if I could figure out which other pain med has the closest inactive ingredients since all have the same active ingredients this might help. Thanks ## I'm having the same problem!!! I don't understand why they keep messing with things that are working for people!!! First its the dye in them, now its the tylenol.
