Blue M30

I believe this is one of the strongest roxicodne available. The next are the r215's. This is from someone who has been on them for 12 years. We (in Al)are not having the trouble that Fl or Ky is experiencing, knock on wood. Good luck to all y'all ## It depends on the precise marking. There is a light blue with an M in a box on one side and a 30 over the score line on the other that contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, it is a generic for Roxicodone. And there is no Oxycodone with R 215, the marking on that one would be A 215 and is also contains 30mgs, so it is identical, not stronger. Are there any comments or questions?

Is the M 30 blue pill an extended release or regular release of Oxycodone? My doctor prescribed it but I need to make sure. ## That is a regular release formulation. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. The only extended release available, at this time, is the name brand Oxycontin from Purdue. Is there anything else I can help with?

Yes, a friend of mine showed me a Dark blue (like the Vs) M 30... I get them myself & took 1 & I never get sleepy but I feel like I can't hold my eyes open.. He says they are a brand from over seas... I can't find anything on them & I'm afraid he could harm himself if they aren't real... ## If they are M30 and dark blue like the Vs then they are fake. Real M30 are very light blue almost white. I wouldn't trust anything overseas. They are fake and they sell pill presses on eBay that say M30 among other things. My Roxicet 30 mg has M30 on it and is blue or green but my neighbors is blue or green w/o M30 on it. What is the difference and how can I tell if they are fake? My neighbor is 73 and she went to the pain clinic and tested neg for this pain med and she was released from the clinuc after taking this med for over 4 years and suffered withdrawals for 2 days as well as from oxycontin and xanax, until i happened to check on her and finally got it out of her she had been out of pain meds for 2 days and she called an ambulance because she did not know they were withdrawals and thought she was having a heart attack. I cancel the ambulance but EMT still came out and checked her vitals and she opted not to go to the ER. I gave her some of my meds which were the same, even though I know I'm not...

Is there a new 30 milligram oxycodone with M on one side and 30 on the other that is dark blue instead of light blue? ## I do not believe that there is. I came across this blue m30 before. I bit into the tab to taste that familiar taste and it was a tasteless chalky substance... In other words fake. Recently filled a script for oxycodone 30mg. It has a m on one side and 30 on the other.The coating is so hard you can hardly break it in half. Looked up the pill and it appears to be a brighter blue that is thinner in the middle. It does not seem to be as effective in strength as either the A215 or a K9. The most notable difference is that M30 is made by Mallinckrodt and 114 is made by Mylan Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, M30 tablets have a different set of inactive ingredients (otherwise known as binders/fillers). They contain: FD&C Blue No. 2, stearic acid, lactose monohydrate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The white pills with 114 also contain the following fillers: stearic acid, corn starch, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, and lactose monohydrate. The only thing is that those pills should be closer to a very light blue color rather than white. The NDC code is 0406-8530.
