A clear capsule with blue powder and no markings or imprints ## I found a jar of clear capsules with a black band. It has no markings, but has black and blue little pills inside of it. It may also have clear liquid. ## I found what seems to be the same pill at my workplace. It is a clear capsule containing a clear liquid inside. Floating in the liquid contents are about 12 small blue and black beads. The capsule is sealed on the outside with a black band along the seam where the two capsule halves meet. There are no other markings of any kind. Any idea what sort of drug or supplement this is? This capsule is dark blue. It has Watson 794 on it. A friend of mine is asking me if it is Hydrocodone, I am not sure and can`t find it anywhere online. There is no manufactured 30mg Hydrocodone available in the U.S., it is only available combined with Acetaminophen and the tablets that are available only have a maximum of 10mgs of the Hydrocodone. Other doses are available by a compounding pharmacy, if a doctor specially orders them, but they would not have an imprint such as this on the capsules. That said, the white and blue capsule with this marking contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital, 40mgs of Caffeine and 30mgs of Codeine, it is most commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches. is there a such a thing as a thirty milligram hydrocodone ## Not in any of the standard prescription formulations, the only way someone would get this is if their doctor ordered it and they had them made from a special compounding pharmacy, then it would be a capsule. The standard dose of Hydrocodone by itself only goes up to 5mgs and in tablets with Acetaminophen, it is available in up to 10mgs. blue capsule ## There is no such thing as hydrocodone 100mg, and telling us that it is a blue capsue does not help, (unfortunately.) What is the imprint on the blue capsule? This will help us to identify it. ## I have been taking 100mg of Hydrocodone with 100mg of Tylenol for abt 6 years. It is compounded locally. Only compounded dose can come that high. I take 1 evry 8 hours. my grandmother was prescribed 10 mg hydrocodone in a blister pack by hospice. they are dark blue capsules and have absolutely no marks on them. has anyone ever seen these out there? ## These are most likely specially made for her by a compounding pharmacy, which is why they are unmarked and in the blister packs. Many hospices or large hospitals have one on site or nearby to be able to order specialty mediations for their patients. The manufactured formulations all couple the Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen, so it has to be specially ordered to just get the Hydrocodone by itself. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. yellow capsule says IP 120 ## The pill which you are describing is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (500 mg - 10 mg). However this pill is noted to be blue and not yellow. My guess is that the manufacturer (Amneal Pharm.) switched the color recently. Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. It's a capsule that's blue on one half, and green on the other half, and it's supposedly a 15 mg hydrocodone pill. But there's no markings on it at all. ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to discover exactly what this contains. If it does contain 15mgs of Hydrocodone, then it has to have been something specially ordered by a doctor and compounded by a specialty pharmacy, since it is not an amount that is normally available. No, Lortab contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen and it is only available with a maximum of 10mgs of they Hydrocodone. The only way someone would be able to get one with a higher amount of it would be if their doctor specially ordered it and had it made at a compounding pharmacy and, if that were the case, it would be in capsules.
