Capsules dark blue light blue with band of gray between. Letters PM on the dark blue, RRG on the light blue. Found in a Tylenol PM container. Could these be Tylenol PM or something else? ## I'm not sure, I can't find a listing under this marking. Where the other tablets brand name with Tylenol markings? the capsule that is dark blue, a stripe of grey, then light blue has l829 imprinted on the dark part of the capsule. capsule contains a greyish unmarked oblong pill ## I can't find a listing for this, but I am sure that's because this ones with the marking of an L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, they are sold by many different stores, worldwide, as the store brands or generics of common over the counter items. From the description, this is probably something like Tylenol PM or Advil PM in a rapid release formulation. big capsule....very light grey on one end blue on the other....the insides look like brown snuff in a way. Husband had them in a vitamin bottle so hid definately. ## Are you sure they aren't vitamins of some sort? If they are no markings on them, then they aren't a U.S. prescription medication, since they are required to have markings to enable their identification. Thus, they are most likely something that's available over the counter and there are many vitamins and supplements that meet this description. ## I found a capsule that is 1/2 blue & 1/2 grey with no markings. We found this capsule in our home. It has Ty on the Red end and 500 on the Blue end. kl-142 ## This pill is light grey, about 3/4 inch long, it has a flat spot on the sides. I found it with what looks like caps that were put on it to make it look different but i am not sure. one of the caps is light blue with an 'L' on it and the other cap is red with a '5' on it. the caps do not touch eachother leaving the grey pill showing in the middle. ## That is actually just an over the counter Extra Strength Tylenol, the reason for the gap in the middle is to make it release faster. Only asking because the closest match I'm finding doesn't quite fit every aspect of your description (although it does share some similar features). What I found is oblong/capsule-shaped with an "L" imprint on a lighter blue half and a "6" on the purple half... there's also a grey stripe/band wrapping around the center of the capsule. I found two capsules, light blue, gray band in the middle, red on the other side, marked with L and S....would like to know what it is. ## I am not completely certain, since I can't find a listing, but it sounds like a generic or store brand of Tylenol Rapid Release, containing Acetaminophen.
