Comtrex for nighttime is a blue oblong pill imprinted "Cx N" on one side and blank on the other. Perhaps your pill description was just mistaken for green? If the tablet is Comtrex, it contains: Acetaminophen 325 mg Chlorpheniramine 2 mg Dextromethorphan 10 mg Phenylephrine 5 mg I hope this helps!

I have a blue green pill I was told it was a roxy 30 it is round and with numbers of A2 on it the pill is small in size and nothing on the back side I was told its new for the imprint ## Hello, Rowdy! These green u23 do not work for me in the slightest but dr insists its the same. I have been taking the blue ones without abusing them for years due to a childhood injury and pharmacy and dr say there is no difference but there is a huge difference. I found some dark green oblong pills that are pretty small stamped 542 when brokened they are a blue speckled color on the inside. I can't seem to find out what they are ## Hello, Don! How are you? What is a green pill with LU on one side and 602 on the other? ## I think that the imprint should actually read LU G02 where the G kind of looks like a 6 and the 0 is more like a solid cutout (NDC 68180-0468).
