It's actually a fully compressed oblong tablet with a Blue removable capsule "cap" with a 5 on it - which apparently serves no purpose, as when it is removed from the tablet, nothing changes in the characteristics of the grey tablet, measures approx 2cm in length. On the grey tablet itself, there are 5 white dotted lines. The blue is just a plastic covering to 1/3 the tablet. ## I found the exact same pill today. I have a chiseled capsule shaped pill with one end a sky blue the other end is Red and it has a grey stripe around the middle a black 5 length ways and a 1 above it but upside down in comparison. I found two capsules, light blue, gray band in the middle, red on the other side, marked with L and S....would like to know what it is. ## I am not completely certain, since I can't find a listing, but it sounds like a generic or store brand of Tylenol Rapid Release, containing Acetaminophen. The gray band in the middle is what allows the medication to release faster than it would in normal caplets. Are these caplets or just regular capsules and did you find them in the U.S.? Blue oblong pill and looks like a Tylenol pm tablet. ## TYC 365 light blue cap-shaped, contains Acetaminophen 500mg and Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg. For months I have been taking MSER 100mg, and the shape is oblong, color is light blue and 100 is on one side and E658 on the other side. These pills have been working great. My last refill of MSER, the pills were different. they are round, either light brown or gray, 100 on one side and either a M or a W with a square around the letter. These are not effective at all. Has my pharmacy made a mistake? Can you tell me what company manufacture's each of these pills ?and can you tell me what the different ingredients are between the two?
