I found a blue diamond shape pill with nothing on it. I don't know what it is. ## If there is nothing on it, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all have to have markings to enable their ID. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or even a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## I just found two of the same pills in a bag on the floor at my store. Has VGR 200 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## Hi Michael, The closest match I've been able to locate for a blue diamond shaped pill, has the imprint "VGR 100" on one side and "Pfizer" on the other. It is identified as Viagra 100 mg. Manufacturer: Pfizer U.S. Pharmaceuticals Group National Drug Code (NDC): 00069-4220 I know your description said VGR 200. Pill blueish green with AX on one side and 100 on the other. Wanting to know if this pill is viagra? ## The diamond shape and '100' imprint are indicative of possible Viagra (Sildenafil) 100mg tabs. But, I've never seen the AX imprint in conjunction with this in my research here. This leads me to believe that if it is Viagra, it may very well be counterfeit depending on how you came about receiving it or where it originated from? That's not necessarily my final conclusion. A lab analysis would put our search efforts to rest. However Sildenafil (foreign or domestic) is the only type of pill I've seen that's remotely similar in description. The package contained 4 pills and had no English on it at all, just Chinese writing. ## Based on related pills, there's some reason to suspect that this may be a foreign (Chinese) version of Viagra... What is this pill? Blue rounded diamond shaped pill with 100 on one side and a triangle on the other side. ## I have a diamond blue shape pill and it has a triangle on one side and a 100 other side ## At first thought the description sounds like an off-brand of generic Viagra, which shares a similar depiction. However, legitimate Viagra also has the word PFIZER on one side and "VGR 100" on the back. Depending upon where the pill originated from would likely give clues as to whether or not its a counterfeit version... If you're able to, I would encourage you to take it into a local pharmacy and see if they can offer any additional information on it. Im wondering what this pill is. thing is, Viagra is diamond/oval and doesn't have Z36-100 or Z38-100 stamped on the other side. I only had a quick look but im sure what im describing is right except I don't remember if the number is 36 or 38. Could the tablet be Cozaar or Losartan?? ## What you are describing does in fact sound like Losartan 50 mg, manufactured by Aurobindo. All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. I do know that Viagra is normally a light or dark blue diamond shaped pill, but if it is a legitimate Viagra it would have an imprint. Therefore, It could possibly be a generic of some sort. Where exactly did you find the pill? That may give us some more clues as to what it is.

Is this a generic viagra? ## Hi Julie, Based on my research, that oval blue pill marked L050, is reported to be over-the-counter Ibuprofen PM, containing 38mgs of Diphenhydramine + 200mgs of Ibuprofen; for the treatment of insomnia and pain. I thought they were viagra and was confused why he had them as he has never had a problem with me in the bedroom ever! when I confronted him about them he said they were an antacid reflux pill. He takes Tums anyway at times but he says these are for when it gets really bad one was actually in half and although it was blue/green on the outside it was white inside. he had a delivery in the past of Viagra to the house which he swears was by mistake by the company sending them out and he said he returned them.
