What is a light blue capsule marked 44 391? ## This is an over the counter product, it is manufactured by LNK International and they only make OTC products which are sold by various stores as their generics and store brands. Concerned mom. ## A speculates that it may be an Ibuprofen (with image) but there is not yet a definite answer. ## Correction - this has been identified as Wal-Som 50 mg, sold as an OTC sleep aid by Walgreen's. I got the blue 20 mg 3060 capsule what of i took it either 70mg Vyvanse? That's closest match I'm seeing online, and it reportedly contains 20mgs of time-released mixed Amphetamine salts, manufactured by Actavis. I don't know who told you it was 70mgs of Vyvanse, but if you got them from overseas or off other shady dealers there's no telling what might be in it, and that's just a risk that you should've thought about before buying it. I only found half ~it is blue with a 5. What could this be? ## I located a blue capsule with A05 on it, does that match? If so it's Acyclovir 200 mg, which is primarily used for the treatment of herpes simplex virus infections, as well as in the treatment of herpes zoster (shingles). If this is not the correct pill, please post back with any more information so I can locate the the right pill.

These are manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list them as containing 20mgs of Piroxicam, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. The FDA list its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?

This is a bright blue capsule with no writting in any of them I found 47 in a bag in my sons sweatshirt pocket he doesn't were in the closetneed to know what I'm dealing with and what it could be ## Without any imprint, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription medication, because they are all required, by law, to have imprints to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products. There is also a small chance that it was something specially ordered by a doctor that was put together by a compounding pharmacy, or that they are some type of foreign medication. I've tried searching several databases now, since first seeing your post, but I haven't found anything that matches this among the U.S. prescription medications. I think it's most likely that this is an over the counter product of some type and that's why I asked where you found it, since some products are regional and knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. Best, James ## This is actually an over the counter Tylenol product, it is the proprietary imprint they use on some of their products that you can purchase over the counter in any store. Since it is not a prescription drug, these pills do not have to have different imprints on each one, so we have no way of knowing which pill this is, but it is, definitely an over the counter Tylenol product made by McNeil. ## It is just Tylenol P.M. right?
