Half blue and white pill, was told it's an over the counter sleep aid. My daughter turned out to be a methamphetamine head so I am kinda freaking out as my daughter never had lied to me till recently. She doesnt sleep worth a crap anymore. I am worried. ## Hi Silver71, Did you find this in your daughter's possession? If so, it may be time to have a heart to heart discussion about her drug use and perhaps she'll open up about what this pill allegedly is. Interestingly enough, in my investigation I found reports suggesting that it may be an Eclipse (Winterfrost) sugar-free mint; which is also a half blue and half white oval pill. If you run a search on google images for "Eclipse Winterfrost sugar-free mint" you'll see an example of what they look like in comparison...

It's quite small. Roughly the size of a pinky finger nail. Absolutely no markings. It is pale blue on one side and white on the other. No odour. Possibilty it's a party pill?... ## And it isn't a mint.. :| ## If there are no markings on it, it is going to be difficult to determine what this tablet contains, unless you would pay to have it lab tested, somewhere. There are some over the counter products that meet this general description, such as some cold remedies that contain Dextromethorphan. Was it found in the U.S.?

v on one side ## white oblong with blue specks ## If that was the only marking, I am inclined to think that this was most likely some type of over the counter product. I am not aware of any prescription medications that meet this description and have only a V on them with no additional markings. The pill is white, oval shaped, kind of fat and there are no other imprints on it. Just 149 in blue. ## Hello Suzi, When you say oval shaped is it an oval or a capsule shaped pill? I ask because you say the 149 is in blue which leads me to believe that the pill is actually a capsule with blue writing. I would need this information so that I can get a solid match for your pill, so far all I've been able to find is a blue circular tablet with 149 imprinted in it and I doubt that is what you're describing. I found a coated white pill a bit smaller than a dime not quite round but not oval with a blue circle and the letter L in the middle of the circle. Do you have any other details or clues which you can share? A manufacturer? Country? Where it was found or obtained? Typically with vague imprints the product can either be manufactured outside the USA or it could be an over the counter product (which is not regulated as strictly by the FDA). I've also heard of store brands of OTC products have vague markings that nobody can seem to match up...

They were in a bottle which identified them as Hydrocodone 10/500mg. And described on the bottle as an Oval Blue tablet with Watson on one side and 540 on the other. Is this likely a pharmacy error or is this likely a situation of someone switching out the pills?
