Big capsule thats half white and half blue no other markings ## If there are no markings on it, it is going to be hard to narrow down what this. We can rule out its being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are required by law to have markings to enable their identification. However, the field is wide open when it comes to over the counter items or foreign medications. There is nothing that says they have to have an imprint and the colors of something doesn't mean anything. Was it found in the U.S.?

I found blue and white capsules with Chinese writing on it. It has 2 sideway Vs on it almost like a greater/less than symbol (on blue side) on white side is Chinese symbols in blue writing. They are in pop out silver backing individualized. They are Lizone? (I think a Chinese pharmacy) and say OTC on package. No way for me to identify. Found them in my husbands backpack after returning from a trip. Any hints?

found some large capsules that are solid in color. blue, yellow, red, orange, and white. All contained in a small clear plastic package. Wondering what this may be. The colors don't actually mean anything and if there are no markings, then there are a couple likely possibilities. The first would be that someone just purchased empty capsules for their own personal use, some people do create their own supplements or medications. I take Potassium Citrate. I always had the off white large tablet. Today I received these dark blue Andrx 560 capsules that are ridiculously large. I don't think a horse could swallow this one. I am taking them back to the pharmacy to get the other brand I always had. We do not have to accept what they give us. ## You should be aware that your pharmacy is not obligated to take those back from you and replace them. If they do, it is strictly something they are doing as a courtesy. Once the pills are in your hands, they have no way of knowing if they have been tampered with and, even if they do replace them, they would have to dispose of the ones you have returned. I found my wife was about to take two of these, but there is no pill in our medical case like these hence no other information. I found a zip lock bag with blue and white capsules in it with white powder inside and no kind of markings. ive read other posts about kinds of pills like this and they have said that it is oxycodone. I have never seen no kind of pills like that with no markings on it. HELP ME PLEAASE!! ## No need to panic, they are most likely something that's available over the counter. They are not required to have markings and there are many on the market that don't. That rules them out as being Oxycodone, but they could be any one of a very large number of OTC supplements or medications. The best thing to do would just to properly dispose of them. A compounding pharmacy creates the medications as specially ordered from someone's doctor. This may be done for several reasons, such as someone needing a combination of medications that isn't available on the market. I found these pills with what appear to be Mandarin Chinese characters on the foil packaging. The pills themselves are light blue on the left side, white on the right side. The blue side says "SCP" while the white side is labeled "OM." It looks like they are capsules, most likely with the powdered drug on the inside. I have no idea what sort of medicine these might be. ## Also, the pills are oblong and medium sized. A friend of mine got a few phentermine capsules that are half blue and half white with k29 on it twice. I know from looking it up they're 37.5 mg phentermine.
