f on other side ## This pill is good, if your blood pressure is not very high. If your pressure is usually at about 135/80 - 145/85, this medication is great for you. My pressure most days doesn't go too high so if I take something stronger I usually become dizzy cause it dropped too much.. So I prefer this med cause it doesn't bring it too low.. ## Is that the complete imprint, or are there additional markings on the tablet? Can one of you post back and clarify? I was prescribed: medrol dose pak VICODIN 5/500 and Motrin 800 mg tablets recently for a kidney stone by an emergency Dr in SFCA. Fifteen days later I rushed to the same emergency room feeling svere pain in my stomach. Upon arrival my blood pressure checked at 85/62. I was immediately admitted to the IC unit where a stomach specialist and a staff doctor found that I was bleeding internally. Neither of these two doctors could locate the source of the bleeding. Before I was released approx. 32 hours later I reviewed my patient discharge instructions from the first kidney stone visit-to my surprise the instructions clearly state:WARNING: Do not take IBUPROFEN with prenisone since this increases the risk of getting a bleeding ulcer. I asked the staff doctor why the hospital would prescribe ...

My dr changed my intrathecal pump med from fentanil to sufentanil 5 days ago. The change hit my system on Thursday morning. I had feeling of weakness in my legs, lethargic, tired. My blood pressure was 139/ 85. High for me. I saw my dr and he reduced the dose from 80mcg to 63mcg. I am not better. I am now having sweating, diarrhea, and blurred vision along with the other symptoms. I have been on Sufentanil before but many years ago. I'm going to see him tomorrow and my question is was I over dosed or under dosed. He told me when he adjusted my dose that he thought I would need more and thar is why he wanted me to call in and let him know how I was doing. I am concerned that 150 mg per day is too much. Can u tell me if this is not a safe dosage or if its ok to take that much? my blood pressure usually runs around 140/85 to 158/92 ## Hello, Rhonda! How are you? I understand your concern, that does seem to be a high amount…but it actually isn't for this medication. Metoprolol can be taken in amounts up to 450mgs a day and it is usually started at the 50mg twice daily dosing, then adjusted until the desired effect is reached, which in your case would be lower blood pressure. Normal levels are considered 120/80 and generally anything over 130/85 requires treatment. The high...
