I'm normally get Watson 540 that's my Lortab 10 what is the 500? ## Lortab actually contains 2 active ingredients to relieve pain, the 10 denoted how much of the narcotic Hydrocodone it contains and the 500 denotes the dosage of Acetaminophen it contains. What is an oblong black pill with nothing written on it? No markings, just the seams where it looks to be sealed. It has what looks like brown liquid/mushy stuff inside, is about an inch long and half a centimeter wide. ## @sherry, May I ask whereabouts you found this pill? I did come across another post describing a black gel capsule with no markings to be some sort of Testosterone supplement, however they didn't open it up to confirm what was inside. Otherwise I have no clue, as it is impossible to ID any pill without an imprint unless you're able to have its contents analyzed by a lab. A257 an their is a slash inbetween the 2 an the 5 it's blue an oblong shape ## The only tablet that I've been able to find with this marking is an oval white tablet, with blue specks that contains Phentermine, which is used to aid in weight loss.
