Just to reply to comment about all pills marked with a 44 are over the counter...not necessarily true. Avandaryl (Rosiglitazone and Glimepiride) is marked with GSK 44 ## Pills marked with a 44, followed by additional numbers are over the counter products. For instance, the one mentioned in the subject line, with a 44 235 on it contains 500mgs of Acetaminiphen and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, this is a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM. Found a blue pill, marked N over 23... Reason I ask is because I located an oblong blue pill marked with 44 235 on one side and blank on the other. It's identified as an over the counter Pain reliever PM extra strength tablet, containing 500mgs of acetaminophen + 25mgs of diphenhydramine. I need to know if the blue oval pills with 123 on one side and IG on the other side is good for treating a toothache? ## Can you please double check the marking and post back? The closest I've found has the marking IG 213, which is manufactured by Camber Pharmaceuticals, they list it as containing 50mgs of Sertraline (NDC 31722-0213). This is an antidepressant that is also used to help treat anxiety, so not it would not help with a toothache. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight gain.
