I would recommend going to your nearest pharmacist and ask them if they can identify it for you. I believe some pharmacist have a machine that breaks down the pill to identify the drug. I just got my script and the pills closely resemble what ive always gotten. Same color, print, and shape but are larger in size. Should i worry? its a big red pill with letters or numbers on it. its about 2.5 cm long. it gets bigger at the top. Also at the top before it gets round, theres a darker red line and tiny holes punched under the line going in a circle. ## If there are no markings on it, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this contains. Big round white pill. One side has a G on the top and 45 on the bottom. The other side has 850. This is a pretty big pill. My neurologist has me taking 1200 Mg of gabapentin and my pain specialist increased that to 3000 Mg a day. I have copd and have had declining lung function. We tried lots if anti biotic no change this.
