when is the best time during the day to take bethel 30? ## From what I could gather, Bethel S30 capsules are only taken once daily; however there is no specific time frame to take it that is recommended by the manufacturer. So it seems like it is left up to you (the consumer) to take it at the most appropriate time frame that works for you. Because everyone's schedule is different, there really is no "best time of day" for all people to take this medication. I used Bethels 30s and it worked great. I kept the weight off for over 2 years. Life goes on and some of my stress eating has returned. I began the Bethels again and it is no longer effective. Does anyone have any suggestions? ## If I remember correctly, the formula was changed about a year ago, because it was found to contain undeclared drug ingredients, rather than being all natural. They say that the bethel s30 pills don't have side effects, but when I take it, it makes my heart go crazy. It beats so fast and I feel short of breath. Any recommendation except seeing a doctor?
