I'm sure there are ways you could, but it isn't legal to do so, since all of these ingredients require a prescription in the U.S. The Betamethasone is a steroid class medication that carries the risk of causing some dangerous side effects, such as fluid retention, elevated heart rate and elevated blood pressure, so the U.S. doesn't allow most of them to be used, without a physician's supervision. Generic Betametasona + Clotrimazol + Gentamicina cream may contain any set of fillers if there's no way to identify who makes it or what the actual packaging has on it. However I do see that one company by the name of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals does use a combination of "benzyl alcohol + cetyl alcohol + stearyl alcohol" in their particular Clotrimazole + Betamethasone dipropionate cream [minus the Gentamicina]. This specific combination of active ingredients is not sold as-is in the United States, which is probably why the label is in Spanish. I think you have a couple of options. It is a combination of an anti fungal and corticosteroid- which can help to reduce inflammation and help prevent the release of symptom-causing chemicals due to an allergic reaction. Antibiotics are very strong in relation to Ibuprofen, therefore, if this cream worked for a reaction you had to an antibiotic I imagine that it could also help you with the allergic reaction that Ibuprofen caused....

Quadriderm NF contains Betamethasone, Clotrimazole and Gentamicin, while Flagyl just contains Metronidazole, so they are used differently to treat different things. Learn more Flagyl details here. Clotrimazole is also reportedly available OTC or via prescription depending on the dosage. Having said that, I think your best bet may be to make an appointment with a doctor and have he/she write you a script. You could then take that Rx to a (compounding) pharmacy to see if they'll be able to formulate something similar to Gelmicin per your doctor's request. My husband used Gelmicin cream that we picked up from Mexico on a diabetic ulser he had on his toe for over a year that was cracking and taking a long time to heal but not infected.
