The only BetaCap that I am finding is a Corticosteroid sold in the U.K. that is sold to treat allergic reactions, not blood pressure. ## thanks fro replying Verwon. Isnt Betacap TR a beta blocker? I had tremors in my right hand and the doctor prescribed betacap20. Now there are no more tremors. Its been ten days since I have been taking this drug? How long will I need to take this drug? ## Your doctor prescribed you a specific quantity of pills based on how long he thought you should take it for; so this is something you will need to discuss with your doctor. In my opinion it would be a good idea to finish your prescription or take it as needed periodically to lessen the risk of these tremors coming back. Hi. I met with a neurologist for the purpose of a hand tremor, memory loss and tension. He prescribed me Betacap 60. Now I have stomach pain. So please tell me about the side effects of this medicine and if I should opt to continue treatment. ## That can be a side effect of this medication, according to the NIH, you may also experience dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. My son 12 years has been taking Betacap TR 40 one tablet daily aftet dinner. His migraine problem is under control. Since last four months he is taking the same. We have observed that he gets up in the middle of night, sits talks and again goes to Sleep. During day time also he all of sudden goes to sleep and gets up all of a sudden in minutes. He murmurs also during this period. He complains of not feeling well, body pain, fatigue and sometimes drowsy. Is this the side effects of this tablets. Please advise what to do.
