I have just come to know that my sugar levels are Fasting 187 & PP 324. After knowing I started light sugar free food and some light exercise. After four days my test shows that Fasting is 140 and PP 220. Still I am doing the same exercise and taking light sugar free food. I have not started and drug. Please advice me what I should do now. Also suggest me the best medicine.

I need meds for restless legs and fibromyalgia!!! I take 60mg of Cymbalta 1x a day and Lortab 7.50/300mg every 4hrs... I also take Baclofen 10mg for a neck injury when it gets bad but not every day. Nothing helps with the restless legs. I have been taking .50 mg restyl, for my insomnia problem, for more than 4 years, however, to reduce dependence, started taking some ayurvedic medicine last year and could reduce restyl to .25 mg. But the problem has again resurfaced with inrtermittent sleep afer 11 months, and so stopped ayurvedic medicine and took only .5 mg restyl. My father is having heart problems. He has also undergone stents. He is taking Deplat CV. I just wanted to know when should the medicine be taken for best results, day or night and after or before meals? ## There is no specific time of day that is better, whenever it is convenient for him should be fine, as long as he doesn't miss any doses, unless his doctor instructs otherwise.
