Recently I had an absess, went on antibiotics and got the tooth removed. At the same time my left hand side of my face pulled down somewhat - my lips at the side, my eyelid, hard to talk or smile, face distorted. My doctor says it might be Bells Palsy. Does this normally happen with an absess or maybe they are not related? Is Bells Palsy temporary? My Doctor prescribed the Deltacortil Ent 5mg starting with 8 for the first 4 days then reducing after that. Can you advise on any of this, Thanks ## You can learn more about Bell's Palsy here: It's basically when something causes paralysis of some of the facial nerves and yes, it can sometimes be caused from a bad infection that spreads. How long do the withdrawls from methypredinson 4 mg packs and valtex 1000 mg withdrawls last after finishing the treatment? I took this for 7 days due to a bells palsy attack , I take birthcontrol and now I have terrible breakthrough bleeding , exhaustion, body aches, sweating ,appetite out of control, and diaharea !, I have been off the steroid and valtex for three days now! Help please! ## Hello, Cajun! How are you doing? Has there been any improvement, yet? It may take a week, or so for things to settle down and for these effects to go away, though the breakthrough bleeding may take a bit longer. That's likely due to the Methylprednisolone, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience insomnia and acne.

I was diagnosed having a bells palsy almost 3yrs ago, before giving birth of my first child but then i didnt take any medicines because im breastfeeding..i had facial theraphy for 3months but it was not totally ok. So can i take a tablet of NEUROGEN-E B COMPLEX how many dosage per day since i did consult my doctor yet since im here in taiwan.

I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy and was given Prednisone to reduce inflammation. I was on 120 mg for 3 days. Then 80 mg for 3 days. Then 40 mg for 3 days. Then 20 mg for 3 days. Then I was done. I have been off for a week now and within that week I have developed severe acne on my chest, back, neck, face, etc. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I have read acne can be a side effect, but most things I have read have came from people who were on Prednisone for years or months. ## These steroid class medications tend to linger and continue to have effects in your body, for awhile, after you finish your course of treatment. Have you talked to your doctor about it? This should clear up, on its own, in a few days. ## I've been using prednisone and I've got a problem...

I have got bells palsy day 5, I think im getting gout I have arthrexin for gout, could I take this while im on panafcortelone. ## Hello, Ace! How are you doing? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. No, these two medications should not be mixed, they both increase the toxicity of the other, so it's just not safe to do so. It would be best to ask your doctor what is safe for you to take. The Panafcortelone is a steroid that may cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, headache, elevated heart rate, elevated blood pressure, headache, fluid retention and acne. Is there anything else I can help with?

I live in Scotland, answering to your concerns of dodgy fake Watson tubs, they do look proffessenally done lol. I tasted one and they are horrid. No Diazepam in them period. They taste exactly like the fake tensium from yrs ago, gritty and I don't have a taste to compare with other than fake tensium from way back. Honestly buddy they are rancid, if they were Watson they'd say Dan 562; if I got the numbers wrong I stand corrected lol. The price set alarm bells ringing with me instantly. My opinion is activist took over and the labels and bottles from old Watson tubs were stolen from factory, only opinion.
