## looking to identify a muscle relaxer with an m on oneside and on the otherside is 751 on a beige or yellow pill ## Mylan Pharmaceuticals list the tablet with the M 751 marking as containing 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, sedation, and dry mouth. Are there any other questions? ## Cyclobenzaprine is Flexeril, Brand name. Round beige colored pill with P-D 635 on one side and 3 on the other side. Cannot find ANY info! ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I could locate is identified as Ethinyl Estradiol/Norethindrone 75 mg; used in the treatment of birth control, menstrual disorders, acne, postmenopausal symptoms, endometriosis, and more. This particular pill is round and beige colored with an imprint of PD 622 on one side and blank on the other. However, there are some companies that make a generic version and they use different colors for their tablets, to make them easier to tell apart. Though it is the marking on the tablets that actually denote what they are and not the colors. For example: There are Hydromorphone tablets marked with an M on one side and a number designating the dosage on the other side, either a 2 or a 4, but they are both white tablets.
