is it still being manufactured? it is no longer sold in the Arab world....many pharmacist claimed that it has been banned because of serious side effect...is it true? can I by it by mail through internet? ## Dexa Rhinaspray contains the active ingredients Dexamethasone and Tramazoline and yes, it has been discontinued. I don't have a lot of details on this, but it appears that the Tramazoline was found to cause hypertension in people using it. Have you talked to your doctor about finding an alternative? ## Last week I asked a Greek pharmacist (on Samos) for Beconase spray (to treat hay fever).
