Hydroxyzine is used primarily as an antihistamine for the treatment of itches and irritations, an antiemetic for the reduction of nausea, as a weak analgesic by itself and as an opioid potentiator, and as an anxiolytic for the treatment of anxiety. Several adverse reactions have been noted in manufacturer guidelines, such as deep sleep, incoordination and dizziness have been reported in children and adults, as well as others such as hypotension, tinnitus and headaches. It says Barr 302 50 Half red, the other half is 75% grayish and 25% yellowish ## This contains 50mgs of Hydroxyzine, which is an antihistamine that has quite a few medical uses, including treating allergic reactions, preventing nausea and being used for its sedative like effects.
