Oblong, white with red flecks, says WATSON on one side and 3202 on the other. I think it's Hydrocodone/Analgesic, but unsure. ## Came in sealed Actavis bottle phentermine 37.5 along with Zul.-Nr. 6137124.01.00, Also RX-Pharm and a barcode that is imprinted PZN - 1334246. The pills are imprinted LL40 on one side, backside is scored. They are a greyish color with blue specks. They are oval and are a tablet. I am not completely sure of what I have and have googled and contacted Actavis, with no response yet. If anyone knows what these pills are please let me know. Thank you! ## any info on the LL40 pill? I have also recieved this and do not know what it is. ## It is fake! It is supposed to be phentermine, but it's not! Do not take it. Wherever you got it from call them or email the...

blue oval pill with trc365 on it ## what is this medication used for? ## I'd like to know the same thing Connie. ## I would like to know the same thing. I found them in my sisters pillow so i would like to know what they are. ## This has been popping up a lot recently, but I can't find it listed anywhere, does anyone have any information on this? ## I tried to look for it but i can't find anything. My conclusion is it could be any of the following; a diet pill, a sleeping pill, a anitdepressant pill. ## I went and looked at it again and it said tyc365 so I looked that up and it said that it was Tylenol PM. ty is the Tylenol and the c365 is the barcode. ## Apo-Napro/na

I don't know where the lot number is on the bottle. I am trying to find it. ## Hi Andrea, The following link by NIH has a detailed image of the product packaging (from 2013) for Turbersol that may offer some clues as to what the lot number is and where you might find it: dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?setid=a4a732e9-b8ee-4e6d-8b9a-6a9d2c36bfcd Looking at the example packaging on that page, there are several sets of numbers / letters on the "box" (not bottle) depicting a reference to something… the one's I noticed immediately were written out as follows (but each in a different place on the box): 2028821 299 (L) C00L0T Barcode: 349281752216 0000000-299 I question whether the '(L)' may be referring to a lot number, seeing as it also says "L0T...

I received what I thought was ambien 10mg. A white oblong tablet with the word SAFE embrossed on one side nothing on the other. I have never seen it this way before. ## There have been several reports of people receiving these pills as Ambien from foreign sources, mainly the Philippines, however, we've been unable to confirm this. It can be difficult, with foreign medications, since they are not as strictly regulated and are not required to log their imprints, like companies that are approved to sell their medications in the U.S. and Canada. Is anyone familiar with this tablet? ## I too have received this "SAFE" imprinted white oblong tablet three times. Twice with the name of Ativan written below the barcode on the labeled bottle and once with Stilnox in that same place. It...
