Stopped taking Clindamycin to bed bug bite that gave me cellulitis.Area of bite is still red and warm one week later.Is this normal?When will it go away?I have been putting ice and calamine lotion on it.Is there anything else I can do. Usually, u r suppose 2 take an antibiotic 4 as long as directed from the doctor. Unless, u have a problem with it, and, the doctor tells u 2 stop taking it. If I were u, I would call the doctor and let him know. ## I finished taking the 300 mg of Clindamycin as prescribed 3x a day. ## I think you may need another round of antibiotics.
