I had severe back pain, lower lumbar, doctor said it is minor slip disc and advised me to take Recool along with other couple of medicines like Lofecam and Myoril. Recool I understand is more for reducing the heartburns and ulcers of stomach(acidity). Why , tablet Recool for conditions like mild slip disc?. ## Hello, Siva! How are you? I have had five attacks of sudden searing back pain in two years. I have diverticular disease and osteo- arthritis. The pain was so sudden and so intense that I thought I had slipped a disc but when my doctor examined me he said that there was no sign of a slipped disc and that the problem appears to be in the soft tissue. Prior to the last two attacks, I have had slight headaches and a rise in temperature the day before. The last attack was accompanied by very loose bowels and in the recovery period of every attack I have had the constant urge to defacate. In the penultimate attack, my tummy was as tight as a drum with pain in the groin area as well as the sacral area making it almost impossible to straighten up. this capsule is giben for backpain alongwith SAMONECPLUS n TIZAN 2. i just want to know is this prescription of subject item is the right prescrption? ## @pradeep, Just to confirm, Omeprazole is used to treat heartburn, and Domperidone is an antiemetic drug, that is typically used to treat symptoms of motion sickness (such as nausea and vomiting). So based on these indications I don't see how either of those options would be beneficial for back pain? The other two medications however, are meant to be used for pain relief (assuming you meant to say Tizanidine, which is a muscle relaxant). I am suffering from backpain since last 6 years. Tests and X-rays dont show any problem. All the doctors say, its muscle weakness/stiffness. Now one doctor as suggested Tryptomer 10 mg one tablet daily and i am feeling better in just four days. I want know if Tryptomer is a pain killer. or it cure to the problem?

I am currently on 10 mg of methadone 16 times a day. I have to have something for my backpain but cannot deal with the side effects of methadone anymore. Some of these side effects can be pretty horrible, so I don't blame anyone for trying to find an alternative. A few suggestions I can give you for other prescription pain medications include: Demerol, Morphine, Vicodin (extended release), Percocet, Dilaudid, Opana, Oxycodone, and Fentanyl. i'd been taking Gabantin-300 together with Melixocan tabs & shots of cobalin-H prescribed to me due tosome backpain problem i developed.The drugs got finished at different times but its the Gabalin that stretched for close to 6weeks.its now approximately a month since i took the last capsule to finish off but i've noticed serious rashes on my face upto my back,just below the neck and aslo my chest. I have been taking Ampyra for 4 days. I have noticed a decrease in fatigue but headaches daily.
