I have what I think were some type spider or some other type of insect bites 5 of them, they sort of look like a Brown Recluse bite, but not as bad. They turned into ugly open sores within a few hours, just like a Brown Recluse Spider bite would do. The doctor says the it now looks like cellulitis, that's a skin infection below the outer skin layers. So the bites went deep into the hypodermis skin layers .My doctor gave me some other type of antibiotic for 10 days 2000 mg a day. They cleared up some, but are still ugly pits, Yesterday, the doctor gave me the SMT 800/160 drugs. Take 2 per day, for 10 days. However the "average" oral dose of Sulfamethoxazole (800 mg) + Trimethoprim (160 mg) DS (double strength) for an adult would be to take a pill every 12 hours for 10 to 14 days. Even if this is the average dosage for most conditions, it would probably still be best to confirm what your doctor recommends for YOU. i've been givng my 16months old baby with ambroxol syrup for 1 week yet he didnt get cured from his cough. this is due to my nanny is having coughs and colds also. can i still continue giving him abroxol even after a week of intake already? right now, his nanny is also under treatment.

Hi I have white spots in my tonsils and my throat feels cut up. I founf a oblong white pill D484 on one sidevan and blank on the other side . ## Hi roxie, Any chance that the marking says L484 as opposed to D484? Reason I ask is because I did locate a white oblong pill that has L484 on one side and is blank on the other. But I've yet to see one with D484. This particular pill is identified as a 500mg Acetaminophen tab, made by Kroger Co.; and for verification the approximate size of the tablet is reported to be 16.00 mm. I hope this helps! can you give to pigs for antobiotics for wounds ## Hi Lisa, IP 272 is reportedly identified as Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim DS (800mg/160mg). From what I could gather, this antibiotic is not FDA-approved for veterinary use. However I have read about several cases of veterinarians still prescribing Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim DS for cats and dogs... Pigs on the other hand, I have no idea. But what I would recommend doing is disclosing all of your animal's medication history to the veterinarian in order to better determine whether Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim is the most appropriate form of treatment. I just took this pill for a week and before that I was on another pill for my urinary tract infection i am also on try cyclen birth control and my urinary tract infection did not go away i am wondering why when i am going pee it is still burning a lot, i also drank a lot of water and took every pill as prescribed, i am worried that this will damage my kidneys more because i do have kidney probelms/ scars on both kidneys. I was on the Oxycontin 80mg 3x a day for 16 yrs. I have been tried on alot of other things . I went on methadone w/ 2 40mg of oxy then they quit making the methadone that iI took. None of the kadian or other things in that class have worked. I am now taking ms contin 100mg. a day w/15 mg. 2x a day it is not enough and my Dr. who gave me a hard time off and on about the oxy's now refuses to do the irs that are still available with any other meds.
