Cefiximine and Lactic Acid Bacillus Prescribed for the flu? is this correct? ## Sorry, since this is not approved for use in the US, I cannot find any information on it, other countries just don't regulate their meds like the US does. I haven't read any reports stating that Combiflam is unsafe to use during lactation. According to medsafe.gov: "Analgesics such as paracetamol, ibuprofen, naproxen and codeine are considered to be 'safe', due to low transfer into breast milk and few problems with extensive usage."
