Hi all. I'm desperate, please. I've been on prescribed opiates for the past 6 years for Chronic Pain. I'm starting to become extremely emotionally addicted to them, so I chose Suboxone. I was there for my first doses today - 2, wait an hour, then 4, then go home. Things were fine for an hour, then I started nodding off and had to put myself to bed, where I've not actually slept, just drowsy as. It's awful. My Dr told me the therapeutic dose is16 so he's aiming for that by increasing 2 a day. This is why I wanted off opiates!!! I have a 13 year old son with special needs and he needs me!!!! I'm a wreck! I have used Fortesta gel for five years, two pumps per day. Blood test levels fluctuate widely, anywhere between 96 and 1465 (total testosterone) over the period. In the last six months it went from 1465 to 96. Then back up the next time. Is there an issue with the product or do some individuals react differently? My original test five years ago was 200. My husband's INR is at 1.5 should we be concerned...He has congestive heart failure and has a pace/devib also ## It really depends on what his doctor is aiming for, because in many cases, when they are using anticoagulants, such as Warfarin, they do try to aim for around 2.5. What has his doctor advised? Have they made any adjustments to his dosage?
