If so, Physician's Total Care lists it as containing 750mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant, that is used to treat the pain associated with sprains, strains, and injuries. NDC code: 54868-1103 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dry mouth, headache, dizziness, and mood changes.

Round yellow scored tablet 93/293 ## My mother-in-law takes carbidopa (sinemet). Part of her pills say 93-293, and part of them say 539 and are shaped a little different. It could be something new to the market, or any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications. I know I've seen the logo, before, but I cannot place what it was on. Do you have anymore information? Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## In USA, imprint has six points. Looks like an alien man with antennae, or a star. ## It's 500mg Paracetamol.

Can anyone help verify this? ## Hi Malcolm, Is there any chance that the numbers say 15 instead of 45? I located an oblong yellow tablet with 15 on one side and UL on the other that's reportedly identified as Meloxicam 15mg made by a company called Unichem Pharmaceuticals. If you filled your prescription at a licensed pharmacy then there's nothing to really worry about, as they probably just reformulated their product. However, if you got it through other means then it sounds like it may be a counterfeit version of Meloxicam. However, the label does NOT say metroprolol succinate, only metroprolol er 25 mg. Is there a difference???
