Hi, I have a blister pack with 6 white round unmarked tablets. It is labeled AZEE 250 Azithromycin Tablets IP 250 mg manufactured by Cipla. Is this genuine Azithromycin? Also, I have a sinus infection and when I have been prescribed a Z-PAK I have always been prescribed and 2 pills (250 mg each) on the first day and one pill each for the next 4 days. I have read online that 3 daily doses of 2 pills (250 mg each) is what is typically prescribed for sinusitis. Which is correct?
