I am taking Cilacar T, Tide 10, Avas 10, Opecal soft gel.Now I am feeling uneasiness due to constant cough. I have slight sputum also. It increases during days. I have just started taking 10mg oxycontin I am prescribed one every twelve hrs and 5mg perc for breakthrough ever 6 hrs as needed I was wondering if anyone could give me a good schedule to be on to be completely pain free anyone with experiance please help I have Avascualr necrosis in my hips and replacement is a ways off ## There is really no set schedule that anyone can give you that will be guaranteed to work for you. What you have to do is play around yourself and see what works best to manage your pain. You may need to take them on a rigid schedule, or you may be able to have a little more leeway. Has your doctor made any suggestions?

Last year, My wife (45yrs) used 4 bottles of "STRENGTH PLUS" (an ayurvedic lehyam produced in kerala, India) for weight gaining and gained a couple of kgs weight as she wanted.She is 67kg now. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be careful with generic forms of medications. Doctor's, Pharmacy's, Pharmaceutical companies and ESPECIALLY insurance companies will not always tell you that the formula has been changed when they transferred to generic, in fact I have had a Pharmacist and my Insurance company flat out lie to me. I nearly ended up in the emergency room, and nearly had a car accident when Watson pharmaceuticals purchased Avasta Pharmaceuticals; then dropped the Watson name (I suspect because they have multiple legal suits filed against them) Avasta altered the formula of 10/325 Oxycodone which I use for horrific Fybromyalgia pain. I am 73 and the doc has prescribed this one tab after food. I already have severe joint pains and legs are paining alwaus. Is it still recommended to take this AVAS 10 mgm????
