want to know the difference between ecospirin 75 mg and clopilet 75 mg along with atocor 10 mg ## Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Aspirin, in this dosage it is most commonly used for heart health, and blood thinning. Clopilet contains the active ingredient Clopidogrel, it is a general anticoagulant. Atocor contains Atorvastatin and is used to help lower cholesterol. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and joint/muscle aches. Which medications has your doctor told you to take?
