Amlodipine 5 mg or Asomax 2.5 mg/5 mg tablets have been prescribed to control hypertension my wife has. Both these tablets cause swelling of ankles and feet. Do they also cause dizziness? my father who is 68 yrs old suffered blood clottning in brain since 4 years can i give him following medicines---> met xl 12.5, Asomax 2.5, syndopa 110, pacitane, cyra. ## My Father suffering for JHTN , Psychosis & Parkinsohis , he is 76 years old , Please give me some medicine for other suggestion for him , Thanks

I was taking asomex 5 since 5 days to control my bp. it was effective till evening. on consultation with dr I take today's asomax d but don't find any relief.
