I usually get the 54/ 142 and pay about $22 for 150 I had to go to a different pharmacy this month and they gave me the ascertain 116 ones and charged me $90 for the same 150!! Recently I had cancelled my Xanax prescription 2mg/2× due to the fact that they change the person I am. I have been prescribed Valium as well. I called my doctor to ask for a refill of the Valium, telling him I had cancelled the Xanax script. He must have misheard me and called in a script for Ativan .5/2× day. I picked up the ativan and called the doctor and left a message right away. I had the Ativan for two days and instead of taking the .5 2x I had taken 2mg twice a day due to the fact that is what the maintanence dose for anxiety is. My doctor called in the Valium for me but the pharmacist wants my ativan prescription back. There are 16 pills missing and there should only be 4 gone. Question is 1. do I explain this to the pharmacist 2. Is he allowed to do this 3. Should I...

When express scripts removed Advair from their formulary in 2014, my doctor put me on Symbicoet. I developed horrible muscle spasms in my legs. Now that I'm back on Advair these spasms have gone away ## Hello, Lynn! How are you? That is listed by the FDA as a possible side effect of Symbicort, it's resulted in some people having to stop using it, because they were so severe. I'm glad that the Advair is working better for you. Do you experience any side effects from it? Such as headache, nausea, diarrhea and dry mouth? ## I am on symbicort as well and the spasms in my legs and calves are awful, now I can make a connection after reading this

Any one else had this happen to them is there something I can take to subside this or when will it stop ? ## anybody suggest a brain scan ? ## I took Effexor a few years ago and I had the symptoms when I went off of it. Don't know if there is anything that can be taken to lessen the symptoms but they do fade over time. Took about 4 weeks for them to completely disappeared. ## @Czara, Based on my research, it sounds to me like the length of time it takes for the brain zaps to subside may vary for each individu...

My script it's for 100 pills 1 every 4 hours how long before I can get script filed again ## Hello, Collins! How are you? What medication is it for? As it prescribed to be taken 'as needed' every 4 hours, or are you just supposed to take it every 4 hours regularly? If it's an 'as needed' prescription, then this may be intended to be a month's supply. 100 tablets at 6 a day would be less than 17 days of pills, so that's not a typical amount that would be prescribed.

I have gotten 3 shots ( or six if you by one in each bum) each two weeks apart. I have been having severe muscle and bone pain in my legs as well as weakness. Since I have bone mets to my spine that pain is a given. My doc has me on flexeril as well as pain meds. Does anyone know if my body just needs to adjust to this new med? My doctor won't change until I've had a scan after 3 months to see if it is working. If anyone has any suggestions if appreciate it. I usually walk 3-5 miles a day at my job so I am getting exercise. Thanks ## Hello, Andi! How are you? The FDA does report those as being common side effects of this medication. You may also experience depression, diarrhea, irritability and bladder pain. Has there been any change? Can anyone else that's been on this chim...

I recently had bi-lateral knee replacement revisions. (These last two made 9 surgeries). I have a prescription for OC/30. I take one tablet every 8 hours. I take 10 mg oxycodone as my break through meds. I sent a family member to pick up my Oxycontin 30's. There was 21 pills. She never brought them to me. I don't know how many she took or sold, but she is in rehab now. I want to call my dr and tell him I don't have my meds, but what will happen? Do I have to turn her in, even though she is in rehab? Will he give me another script? I feel like an idiot! Other family members warned me that she was using Methadone, and she had picked up scripts for me all along and never even unstapled the bag. Now what? I know I can't just go without, as that will so interfere with PT and ...

I was prescribed xanax about 4-5 days ago. I been takin 1 mg a day, but have decided to cut back to .5mg due to all the scary stuff I'm reading. If Im able to get off xanax within a month or two, will this have any affects on me? Also, I'm going to do it under doctor supervision, so should the withdrawls symptoms be less? ## Well, you should discuss your concerns with you doctor to be sure, but no short term use isn't likely to cause any major issues and the withdrawal symptoms should be minimal, if it's tapered slowly. What has you so afraid of taking it? ## I would get off now. I've talked to several doctors and they all say the same thing.... If you take xanax regularly for 2wks or longer, you're body becomes dependent. You will more than likely have withrawal...
