I've been prescribed Rifafour e-275 for my treatment. I'm supposed to consume 4 tablets a day. Must I take them at the same time/4 times a day? ## You should take them as instructed. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, and diarrhea.
