Hello, I am a 24 patient diagnosed with foraminal stenosis, lower lumber facet arthopathy, degenerative retrolisthesis, and neuropathy. I was put on Hydrocodone 7.5mg 4XD (120 monthly) three years ago. I had to leave my original pain management doctor after over two years because they dropped my insurance. I had to rely on my PCP to prescribe my medicine to me, but she dropped it down to 5mg - 90 a month until I get into a new pain management doctor (due to see one the 20th) despite my body having built a tolerance and being used to the higher dosage. Can anybody give me some advice or their own experiences with pain management doctors in Charlotte North Carolina? I suffer from chronic pain in my neck, lower back, and primarily in my left leg from a severe knee injury in '09. I broke my Tibia, Fibula, tore my acl, pcl, and the perineal nerve. My ortho surgeon said I had a 50/50 chance of having dropfoot due to the severity of nerve damage even if the reconstructive surgery went well. Luckily that did not happen, but I did have to have a 2nd surgery about 7 months later due to unexplained pain where my pcl is located and limited movement and strength gaining. I had an abortion in may with Misoprostol 800mg oral dose for five weeks of gestation. I didnt have periods after that even tried again with same dosage 400mg after four hours. in july and with arthotec 50mg diclofenic and 200mg misoprostol but nothing happened except diarrhoea, heart sinking and mild cramps but nothing else. I am afraid to conduct PT again. Very tense and depressed. I am 37 years old and my younger one is only 10 months old. please suggest
