I've looked the net, even call my pharmacist for more questions and they have more or less the same info. It also is supposed to retore blood circulation. ## The spelling is correct. Arkaliox 200 mg tablet is a supplement derived from thiamine called sulbuthiamine. ## Yes arcalion and arkaliox are the same they are sulbutimine. CVS only has arkaliox I'm getting a script for that from my doctor shortly. Do your own research this is just what I think as I don't have the script yet.
